FAQ's
What file format do you need for my logo/artwork?
Engraving-ready vector artwork in AI, EPS or SVG format is preferred and is included in the standard stamp price.
Don't have a vector file? No problem! If you have a JPG, PNG, PDF or other artwork file, we can prepare and convert your design into an engraving-ready vector for an additional $20 artwork preparation fee.
If you don’t yet have a finished design, we’d be happy to help bring your idea to life. Custom design and artwork preparation is available for an additional $35.
Alternatively, you can choose from our Monogram Collection, featuring a beautiful selection of ready-to-personalise styles and designs.

Will my design work as a wax seal?
Simple, bold shapes and thicker lines usually produce the cleanest impressions. Very thin lines, tiny text, and highly detailed gradients may not translate well in wax, so we may recommend minor adjustments to improve clarity.Can I see a proof before you make the seal?
For help with designing your monogram or initials, yes proofing is offered, you’ll receive a digital preview showing layout and proportions. Production starts after you approve the final design, which helps avoid surprises.What size wax seal should I choose?
Smaller seals suit initials and minimal icons; larger seals are better for logos and designs with more detail.
